Terms & Conditions
1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Fibre Lab (“we”, “us”, “our”). By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Fibre Lab provides mobile physiotherapy and assistive technology services delivered in homes, community settings, or via telehealth where appropriate.
2. Services
All physiotherapy and assistive technology services are delivered by AHPRA-registered practitioners in accordance with professional standards and current best practice.
Services are tailored to the individual and based on assessment, clinical judgement, and client goals. Outcomes cannot be guaranteed, as response to treatment varies between individuals.
3. Appointments
Appointments are provided by arrangement only.
Clients are responsible for ensuring the treatment environment is safe, accessible, and suitable for therapy. This includes adequate space, lighting, and minimal hazards.
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue a session if safety concerns arise.
4. Cancellations & Missed Appointments
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice (2 business days) for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged at the full appointment fee, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Fees & Payment
Fees will be discussed prior to commencing services.
Payment is required as outlined at the time of booking and may include private payment, NDIS funding, or other approved funding sources.
Clients are responsible for confirming their funding eligibility and ensuring sufficient funds are available.
6. Referrals
Referrals are welcome but not required to access services.
Where referrals are provided, they assist in continuity of care but do not replace physiotherapy assessment or clinical judgement.
7. Telehealth Services
Telehealth services are provided where clinically appropriate.
Clients acknowledge that telehealth may have limitations compared to in-person assessment and agree to participate in a suitable, private, and safe environment.
8. Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal and health information is collected, used, and stored in accordance with applicable privacy legislation. Please refer to our Privacy Policy < link to privacy policy > for further details.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Fibre Lab is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in physiotherapy services, except where caused by negligence.
Clients participate in services at their own risk and are encouraged to communicate any concerns, discomfort, or changes in health status during sessions.
10. Changes to Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
