Neurological Physiotherapy

Supporting movement, function and independence in everyday life.

Care delivered where it counts: at home, in the community, or via telehealth.

Who We Help

For people living with neurological conditions affecting movement, coordination, and daily life.

We support people living with neurological conditions that affect movement, coordination and daily life. Whether you’re adjusting to new changes or looking for support to stay as independent and confident as possible.

How We Help

We deliver physiotherapy in real-life environments.

At home and in the community. Our therapy is relevant, practical, and transferable to everyday activities.
Sessions focus on meaningful movement, not just exercises, helping reduce barriers and support lasting functional change.

Assessments & Reporting

Alongside therapy, we provide clear assessments and reporting to support funding, planning and ongoing care, including:

  • Mobility and functional assessments

  • Falls risk and pressure risk assessments

  • Progress and end of plan reports

  • Supporting documentation for funding and advocacy

We Work Towards

Improved comfort and confidence in movement.

Greater independence with daily activities.

Therapy that transfers into real life, not just sessions.

Goals that are meaningful and achievable.
