  • Support Coordinators

  • Case Managers

  • Allied Health Professionals

  • General Practitioners and Medical Specialists

  • Families, Carers and Support Providers

  1. We confirm details with the client or referrer

  2. Funding (including NDIS) and goals are clarified

  3. Appointments are arranged where they work best - home, community, or via telehealth.
